RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. After the delivery date, we provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for seven days. It may take an additional five to seven days for the returned item(s) to reach us. We also provide services for reverse pick-up. Regardless of the quantity of items in an order, a 60 rupee reverse shipment cost will be subtracted at the time of refund for each order. This implies that if an order includes more than one item of apparel, there will only be one deduction of Rs. 60 for the total order and not for each individual item.

2. There will be two attempts at pickup. if the package cannot be picked up by the courier service. If unable in this two attempt then return can't be perform again. Customer has to make return personally to the address given below,

3. Kindly send back the products in the same condition that they were shipped. Refunds are not given for returned products that are ill-fitting or that are obviously worn.

4. Please give the return processing and the funds appearing in your bank account a full week. IMPORTANT NOTICE: ONLY PREPAID ORDERS AND ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR BANK TRANSFERS. Payments made with COD option will receive loyalty points equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.

5. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

6.  Cancellations can only be made if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

7. KCH reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to alter the items or categories covered by this policy.

8. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will deduct 5% processing charge from your payment.
 

9. Any product which is sold on any special offer like crop tops and tops sale at Rs 89, Rs 109, Rs 119 cannot be returned.

TERMS AND CONDITION

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand. here brand refers to kchwears.com and karn clothes house.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
